Pricing: Base rates for each room are based on a 2-person capacity. Additional guests are charged $30.00 per night. Reservations are required to include all guests aged 4 years and older on the room count at booking. Fees may be adjusted to accurately reflect the guest count at check-in.

Deposits: Reservations are secured by a single night's full room rate when the reservation is placed. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

Minimum Stays: There are two or three-night minimums on weekends from April through October, and a three-night minimum for holidays and special events. There is a two-night minimum stay requirement on weekdays in peak season from May to October. Please call us as we may be able to accommodate single-night stays, based on timing and availability. 

Check-in time is between 4pm to 6pm, please show ID in the office at check-in. Late arrivals can be arranged with advance notice - call ahead (707) 865-1143. Early check-ins are available upon request at a rate of $25 subject to availability.

Check-out: is 11am. Exceptions only by request can be subject to an additional fee.

Visitors and Day Use: Sorry, but due to the intimate size of our property, we do not permit day use to anyone other than our guests with verified reservation. 

Parking: On-site parking is free and unassigned to guests, due to size constraints parking is limited to one vehicle per room. Free public and street parking is available nearby.

Smoking: Sonoma County ordinance restricts smoking to designated areas, a minimum of 25 feet away from any of the buildings. This is a 100% smoke-free property. We do not allow smoking of anything on balconies, patios, common areas, or our garden. Smoking in any of the rooms will incur an automatic $250 penalty.

Pets: There is a $50 per night pet fee and a limit of one dog per room. Pets are welcome in pet-friendly rooms only. Fees may be adjusted to accurately reflect pet policies at check-in.

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests, all dogs must be leashed and under owner control while on the property. We reserve the right to charge a $100 penalty for not adhering to our pet policies, and the right to suspend your stay early with no refunds if multiple offenses occur. Please note that under Sonoma County jurisdiction, a citation for having a dog off leash is $300 with an added $200 fine if the animal is unlicensed.

Cancellations: Deposits are refundable if contact is made 7 days or more before the check-in date. Insufficient notice for cancellations will be assessed for the total balance due. 

Incidentals & Excessive Cleaning: At check-in guests may be asked to provide an additional card for incidentals. $80 excessive cleaning fee can be applied for any damage to bed linens or towels after check-out as determined by our professionals.

Early Departures: There are no refunds for early departures and/or unused nights.
