A Hidden Gem of a Venue

Say “I Do” at the Inn on the Russian River

Imagine arriving at the Inn on the Russian River, where the rhythm of the water, the shade of towering trees, and the quiet beauty of the landscape set the tone for a celebration that feels effortless, intimate, and entirely your own. From the moment you step onto the property, the space opens up for you and your wedding party—yours exclusively from the day of check-in—giving you unhurried time to decorate, gather, and settle into the joy of what’s ahead. 

The wedding venue exclusive buyout is $14,500. This makes the entire property your own estate from Friday 4 PM until Sunday 1 PM. There is a two night minimum stay for each of. our 11 rooms which 34 of your family and friends will be able to stay right on property.  The price of the rooms is a separate/additional cost not included in the venue buyout.

Your ceremony can take place beneath the sweeping branches of the willow tree, where light filters through the leaves and creates a naturally cinematic setting. Being on the shaded side of the river in the afternoons makes the ceremony even more delightful. Or choose the serene riverbank, where the water provides a gentle soundtrack to your vows. Each location feels unforced, beautiful, and distinctly connected to the surrounding landscape.

The reception space flows just as naturally. Long wooden tables and benches bring a grounded, communal feel to dining under the open sky. The charming Garden Room becomes a dedicated bar area where guests gather between toasts. Nearby, the newly built redwood gazebo offers a flexible retreat—perfect as a lounge, a quiet conversation nook, or a cozy break from the festivities. Behind the scenes, a full side-yard prep area keeps caterers supported and events running smoothly without interrupting the celebration.

Every element of the site  is designed to give you a complete, ready-to-host wedding experience for up to 120 guests (lodging separate), so the focus stays where it belongs: on your people, your moments, and your story unfolding in real time.
